Absolutely awesome this phone at this price and delivered this quick was a lifesaver, I’d got 1 off TikTok and I couldn’t get phone calls WhatsApp etc and the lovely notes with it, if I could give more stars I really would thank you so much.

I recently had a frustrating experience with UR.Co.UK that left me deeply disappointed with their service. It all started when I received the incorrect phone from them, and they refunded me with £15 as a goodwill gesture. However, instead of refunding the agreed amount, they mistakenly refunded the entire price of the phone back in November 2023.To my surprise, I wasn’t even aware of this accidental refund until my phone developed a fault about a month ago, prompting me to send it in for repair. The process became drawn out as UR.Co.UK took an excessively long time to get back to me and investigate the issue. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no satisfactory response.To add insult to injury, yesterday I received an email from UR.Co.UK falsely accusing me of damaging the phone and stealing components from within it. This accusation is particularly perplexing considering that the phone comes with a 12-month accidental damage policy, making it illogical for me to resort to such actions.Overall, my experience with UR.Co.UK has been incredibly disappointing. From the initial mix-up with the refund to the delayed response and baseless accusations, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their handling of the situation. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with UR.Co.UK, as my experience has unfortunately highlighted significant shortcomings in their customer service and communication practices.

Csc number is a US one and we are in UK so phone will not do any software updates, very sad 12 year old now
